Whats the overall cost would you say? Looks like something i'm interested in doing! I bet it flies now.
Darnt even work it out, but sourced alot of stuff 2nd hand and overhauled it. I bought 3 engine blocks before i got a good one, bought 2 cylinder heads, 3 sets of front brakes, 300mm, 280mm and alcons. Fitted the alcons cos they had been overhauled by chris

and to be honest felt much better than the others. 2nd hand fiesta ps pump and mount, took my original pump (35,000 miler) and fitted it to the PS carrier.
Oh full Ford genuine head and engine set £400.00 by the way....Daylight robbery, Turbo £400.00, ECU £580.00, Water pump £18.00, new seats £250.00, OZ spare wets £250..AP suspension £250.00, Pistons £800.00, Mains and Big ends £110.00, Oil Cooler £80.00, Oil take of plate £50.00 All hoses/fittings for engine, oil cooler etc £250.00, New RS rear calipers £48.00 each, handbrake cables to fit £22.00, eibach spacers £170.00 and loads more. oil, oil filter, coolant, gearoil, clutch,Thermostat, spark plugs,fuel filter, oh fuel pump for tank, had the map sensor, fuel reg allready, nuts /bolts /clips, oil pump,the list is endless.
I was quite lucky as this was originally a blown up turbo conversion (SVM) so the charge cooler, oil return to sump and intercooler was already there and thats the only things that have been put back on!!!
Never again, stick to throttle bodies!!!
Still to do, ecu remap (fortune), quaife diff £500.00 still to fit, graphics, roll cage £600.00, slicks to buy
