Hi chaps

Did another trackday today at Castle Combe. Had a great day biggrin.gif Thankfully the weather was spot on. Spoke to some of the people I saw last time - mainly from MX5 owners group. Managed to get in 5-6 sessions (15 mins each). Lots of tyre squealing and some light drifting wink.gif

One of the MX5 owners who takes part in every trackday at CC, had a passenger ride and showed me the best lines, gearing etc which really helped.

There was the usual range of cars on track, including a Noble, 911 GT and SLK V8 D:

Photos below from photographer and took some myself. Will post video tomorrow once edited.

glad you had a great day there this time biggrin.gif and the weather was dry too smile.gif
Did your brakes stand up to it or did they fade towards the end of each session?
Perhaps the Gamp round to Quarry gave them a chance each lap to cool off
searching is fruitful | I'm a sponge not a mechanic | please do try that if stuck with a Puma problem whilst waiting for a reply | For the Puma fan this read 'The Inside Story Book' is very nice to own sometimes still seen for sale

I have Ferodo pads (thanks to Richard @ Tremona for suggestion and fitted them!), so braking was all good biggrin.gif

Hi,
I was driving the other Puma, I have been a member of Pumapeople for ages, but very rarely post, I do look in on the forum from time to time to see whats going on.
It was good to see another Puma at Combe, sorry we did not get more time to chat, see you next time.
