Hi all. I have to do some remedial work on the puma as the tin worm is starting to take hold, nothing serious but if I don't do it now it can only get worse. I also have to take a look at an oil leak which I am pretty sure is a crank seal. I really need to replace it as my main car so the question is ...with what? Can anybody recommend a car that will give me the same ( or very similar) driving experience that the puma gives. I am looking at something around the 04-06 age range and has to be no more than 1800cc. I think the puma I have is a keeper for life as its worth far more to me than to sell it for a few hundred quid. Im sure a few fellow enthusiasts have had the same dilemma and I would love to know what you bought. Thanks in advance. cheers Nick.

Sport Ka gives similar driving experience in a cheap compact slightly newer form.

£250 a year road tax kills these cars and the street Ka's.

It seriously affects the values of these cars(very cheap to buy) but I lost abit of money on my wifes one when we sold it and I blamed the RT

My wife had one from new but very unexciting engine for a 1.6, we had more fun in the standard 1.3 Ka's.
