I just thought I would share the pics I took last weekend at the aberdare park road races. as always it was an interesting fun day out watching the nutters racing round a great little track smile.gif

Thanks Peter. I don't think they do, although there hasn't been too many crashes in the years I've been going there, even though the average race speeds are around 80mph (record is about 83.5mph average I think).

we did tempt fate though when we saw the guy on the old yellow ducati with his open face helmet. We were talking about how surprised we were that he was allowed to race like that these days and someone had to go and say it should be OK so long as he didn't crash.
After the lunch break he did crash ohmy.gif it wasn't his fault, another rider crashed and the skidding bike hit his and he went down too. The thing was, the other rider was his son laugh.gif luckily there didn't appear to be any injuries biggrin.gif
