I know that this is another airbox post, but after seeing the thread on FRP airbox mods decided to do my own, so went down B+Q and got some 100mm aluminium air ducting from the plumbing department then we got abit carried away! noticed that on the fiesta intake for the airbox comes from the front grille, so we removed the plastic grille at the top of the radiator and adapted another two cold air feeds from there, and made a heat shield from some aluminium sheeting that was then bolted to the battery holder and the headlight brackt, if nothing else the twin grille air feeds keep the hot air from the induction base
