thank you very much dogsbody! i knew someone would be better at this than me lol

pumajay - its a after market carbon fibre spoiler from another car, its a 'ac schnitzer' (not sure on spelling) spoiler for a BMW 3 series, there not cheap or easy to get hold of by any means

thanks for all the comments peeps, i now have the car almost finished, all the wide track FRP parts are now fitted as well as a set of FRP wheels curtosy of seang (on short term loan though) the carbon splitter as well as the rest of the extrnal odd and ends are now fitted, just need to refit the interior rear door cards aand rear seats, and get the tracking done tomorrow morning and its all done, we did have some issues today though, i found that i was unable to turn the steering wheel at first with out a nasty grinding noise from the wheels, on closer inspection it turns out that there is a bracket that holds the arch liner that was catching the wheel, 5 mins and a spanner and the brackets were removed and problem sorted, also had an issue with the rear abs sensors (i have a st170 rear disk conversion) not fitting with the 20mm '909' spacers, seang to the rescue, slight modification of the rear spindles and its all running fine, hopefully get some pics up tomorrow of project compleate

thanks for reading

sam

Sam drove the car for the first time today and his reaction was the same as a gay man wearing spandex for the first time.

Priceless.
Now HiD ready. Are you ready for the switch over?
