hi i have a puma 1.7 engine and gearbox etc in my fiesta zetec s.but the return spring is gone is the box.so what other boxes would fit that wont ruin performance to much.id rather get better acceleration if poss.thanks

the 1600cc box pulls quicker to 60 than the 1700 one if that helps you, past 60, once your in third the 1700 box is far better, frp box is the best of both worlds

get another 1.7 gearbox and lower the final drive instead
