Thanks. I am going to phone them tomorrow and im not happy. I dont have time to be sending stuff backwards and forwards to them on a weekly basis, especially when i havent a clue whether the insurance is actually covering the vehicle at this moment in time due to all the restrictions they seem to imply with such short notification.

Next time I will be sorting his insurance out from scratch as opposed to taking them on once its paid for. GRR
