TLDR version:
Ex-Pressed Steel Panels can make any Puma body panel we want - so what do you want? Tell them here:
https://www.surveymo...co.uk/r/CC3P5XQ

Full story:
You may or may not be aware that I, with the assistance of ArtfulHussy on here, handed over the last known set of original unpainted complete Ford Puma sills to a company called Ex-Pressed Steel Panels Ltd who specialise in reproducing out of stock Ford body panels. (Click for their Facebook page).

It's taken a while but they're now in production - £125 plus VAT per side; considerably cheaper than they were from Ford originally. Orders placed now will be ready in approximately 90 days due to demand and because each sill is made to order. They are absolute works of art as I'm sure the first happy customer XAF will agree. Cheaper patch panels (aka "Repair Sills) that cover the area just under the scuff plates (the most common place for the sills to rust) are also available - you can get your hands on these immediately as they have these in stock due to being considerably easier to manufacture. Just £52.50 + VAT for these.

HOWEVER! They have now sourced original unpainted body panels for both Standard Pumas AND Racing Pumas - ALL FOUR CORNERS FOR BOTH!

It takes a lot of time and effort, multiple test runs and R&D to replicate these panels, so they've asked me to ask you what you want them to make next. Do you want complete standard replica panels, just patch panels for the rear quarters, or would you consider putting a full Racing Puma body kit on if the price was right?

Let me know here, and we'll make it happen:

What about a Puma arch repair strip, might be popular the bit that goes around the rear arch which commonly rusts.

Just ordered full sills for both sides.
The company informed that they also supply front wings. They also offer to buy panels they don't yet have.
I am going to offer my stripped body shell (eventually) so I will keep you all posted.

I went down to Ex-Pressed Steel last week to pick up two full sills. They are planning to go into production of arch repair panels within the next 12 months. However, as they are extremely busy, (and getting busier) this is not guaranteed.I need to speak to the owner about placing a batch order - 10 each of left and right - because if there is a guaranteed order then they may well produce them more quickly. No price as yet but I will keep you informed.By the way, the sills look "proper job" and made to Ford's specification and not from Chinese washing machine steel!

I have just emailed them. With regard to arches, there are others available, but these people say that it will be 10 or 12 months before they are likely to go into production of rear arches, just in case anyone wanted an update.

Thanks for your response Mogsa98. Where else can we get rear arch repair panels?I am getting sills welded on early next year so it would be good if I can get them now.

Click on Online shop, "Ford Puma" on the left, and it's under "Body Parts". Looking at their information, they ship to all EU countries (and Switzerland). I haven't ordered from here, so can't give them any sort of "stamp of approval" etc.

Hope that's helpful?

Did you buy front wings from here? Further down someone says that the company are "thinking about it"...I've had my Puma for 12 years - want to keep it. I got a quote and assessment for undersealing; guy advised new sills and new front wings.
