Was giving her the usual underbody corrosion check this weekend and noticed the front of the engine block now sports some really dayglow, almost neon green fluid which covers the area just immediately to the right of the timing belt pulley assembly (facing the car), and runs down to the sump.
What's this from? The engine coolant is red, the washer fluid is light blue, the brake fluid is more or less clear, the power steering fluid is brown, and I know what colour the oil is

Only thing I can think of is maybe some air con fluid of some description? Doesn't look like it was splashed up or anything from the road.
Any ideas?
