Is there larger injectors available for 1.7 puma or should I change fuel rail?

200sx are sidefed injectors, not sure if they fit though, but you'll be able to make up a rail.

zetec beige injectors fit! and are a direct plug in.

200sx will fit with the zetec rubber o rings on them. They ARE a different impedence though, so will NOT run of the ford ecu, and the plugs on top are different i believe.

Can you measure the gain in changing the injectors ?
Does it need a remap ?

Thx

Any change to non standard injectors will require a remap, otherwise the engine will run either too rich or not rich enough throughout the entire map. An over fuelling engine (due to simply changing to larger capacity injectors and no remap) will most likely result in poor running, high emissions, and will probably kill the lambda sensor(s). The standard ECU will notice it is over fuelling and will attempt to compensate as much as possible, but only within manufacturer limits.

Ordered 300cc from here:
http://turbo.me.uk/o...fuel-injectors/

It was direct fit to fuel rail. However connectors in plastic wiring harness had to rotate 180 degrees to fit. Not so great price, but hey, they are from Cosworth formula 1 V8 program! ;)
