After quite a few recent posts regarding the quality of service given by your local Ford Dealer's Service Department. I thought it might be a good idea to set up a poll to monitor the feelings of all us Puma owners regarding your most recent visit to your Ford Dealer's Service Department.
Many of you who purchased your Puma from new at a UK Ford Dealer may have received a 'Service Experience Customer Feedback Survey' from Ford after a service or repair visit. Within this survey, one question is used as a benchmark to compare the dealer's customer satisfaction performance nationwide. The dealer has to record a high number of 'Completely Satisfied' responses to this question alone in order to meet Ford Motor Company's standards. :wink:
Please reply to this poll as you would if you had received the survey from Ford after your visit. I'm keen to see what sort of results are recorded. After the poll is complete, I'm happy to disscuss some of it's findings and your comments about the poll's subject matter.
