Details/Directions:

This meet is to let us do what our cars are best at - Driving!! The A272 is a truly amazing road, it's normally fairly quiet, fast and has loads of twists.

Meeting place is Tesco's Car Park, J9 of the M3!. From there, we will travel in convoy along the A272 stopping at the usual pub in Haywards Heath for lunch. After lunch those that want to will head to jack and Jills windmill for some great photo's!!

Old and new members are more then welcome in any type of car. Fingers crossed it will be fantastic day.

Hopefully see you all there with Kats or Alternative vehicles!

Rich

I've yet to experience the A272, so I concur. The random drive sounds interesting, although you know I'd get lost laugh.gif

searching is fruitful | I'm a sponge not a mechanic | please do try that if stuck with a Puma problem whilst waiting for a reply | For the Puma fan this read 'The Inside Story Book' is very nice to own sometimes still seen for sale

I'm pretty up for it, it's not too far from me!!
Although I'm a little concerned over the fact that mine may in fact be one of the worst examples of a Puma that shows up (no mods, and 80k old unsure.gif )

Oh, can I be geeky and ask for a grid ref of the meeting place?
(I used to rally all over that area, and grid ref's are my way of navigating it!)

I'm a little confused, is that start post code your house? Or is it a car park where we could all group together to go off in convoy?
It would be pretty handy to have a car park to meet up in if we do convoy it over there (Update: There is a car park about 1.5-2km into the A272 according to a map of the area, not sure if it's appropriate though. I've probably been there at some point in the last few years, but I can't be expected to remember them all!!)
