Hi there Tommyx,

I think comms out of pumabuild is obviously poor at the moment.

I rang them on a couple of weeks ago for a quote for a cambelt, and full service on my FRP got told I would be rung back, took my number... nothing.

I then sent an email to alan@pumabuild.co.uk asking for the same quote... nothing.

Go figure, obviously they don't want/need my business.

Similar issues here...

... ordered a Puma badge in February. Had a promise of delivery on a few occasions, latest one last week, having sent a few emails and called a few times. Managed to find the badge elsewhere after waiting nearly 3 months.

Have now requested a refund, but no-one's contacted me again, so you're not the only one!
