Are headlight lenses same in UK and European versions? Can I buy a headlight from UK for my RHD Puma and use only acrylic outer lenses? Are the differences only in reflectors and other parts which aim the beam?

I Have read this guide, but isnīt it just a fix for temporary use?
http://www.pumapeopl...onversion_Guide
Headlight units are different for LHD and RHD countries, right?
What I meant is can I use just the outer lens.

The outer top plastic cover I suspect would be the same unless the thickness varies. No know of anyone just compare the outer cover.

I don't see how they can be identical.
UK headlamps have the light "kick-up" on the left-hand side, whilst European countries driving on the right, have the "kick-up" on the right-hand side.
Moving the lever inside the headlamp moves the shield (which creates the light/dark boundary), and blanks off the "kick-up", it does not move it to the opposite side.

Hi
I īm from Portugal and already buy several headlights from UK, the lenses covers are identical but the UK convertion to EU is not perfect, but works.
