Is it a worthwhile upgrade to fit the later Puma 260mm dia. discs and callipers to an early Puma which uses the 240mm discs ? Is there any noticeable difference ? Also, if I did, is it still ok to use the early 'black' master cylinder ? Thank you for any responses.

In life man sits upright in the front. In death he lies down in the back.

Hi
This modification was the one of the first things that I did, and it will improve the brake power a litle more. Dont expect some major power brake with that, for better improvement change to the 300mm setup. I already did that to mine and now I have a MAJOR improvement. :woot2:/>
Oh, and keep the early black master cylinder, it will do the job very good even if you change to the 300mm front brakes and rear discs.
cheers
