Thought id celebrate my anniversary here by organising this meet again. I know it's on the same weekend as the Nurburgring trip but hopefully a few people will turn up! biggrin.gif
Same as last time really but i'll be on time this time!.

Start point: Rownhams services M27 westbound.

The route will be across the New Forest with a stop off at Ashley Walk car park, then onwards through Fordingbridge, Tollard Royal and up to Compton Abbas and then onto Zig Zag hill for more photos and a chance to chat.

I've decided to keep the route the same as before as it's nice and simple and seems a shame to spoil it with traffic lights biggrin.gif Still might get horseboxes though!
The meet start time is not changing too as the drive will be around an hour and a half up to Compton Abbas so the meal is on for 2pm.
Just a huge shame i've run out of places avaliable! sad.gif

The meal will be at Compton Abbas and they still don't take cards for less than a tenner im afraid.

Finish point:
Zig zag hill and if anyone needs help with getting back to the A303 or wherever then i'll be glad to help smile.gif

Should be plenty of places to take pics and I hope the weather will be as kind as it was last time! biggrin.gif

Any questions then don't hesitate to ask. Think thats everything.

They did indeed - Juliens was LHD and took a while to wind up - Me and Rich unusually left him standing on one of the A272 runs.

Indeed they do and Julien has 2 of them. One is an Edition One G60 CLICK which is front wheel drive with 280bhp ohmy.gif , and the other is a Rallye with 4 wheel drive CLICK

Julien was in the G60, he must have missed a gear because that car hurts when accelerating ohmy.gif

ohmy.gif ohmy.gif biggrin.gif You learn something new everyday!.
I'll give him a go in the front driver, with 280bhp it should torque steer fairly well!. Don't think id do so well against the 4WD one though, unless I decide to unleash the GTO wink.gif

Having said all that I think I probably won't keep up, no harm in trying though!. Must get my car sorted and soon.

The 4WD is slower. I can throw the G60 arround a lot more.

Ah, thanks Pete. Got the car back though but i'm having a few goodies put on by a mate, Eibach lowering springs and a full polybush set with an FRP exhaust.

No problem, thanks Julian. Be great to hopefully have an FRP there to!.

Damn lol, ah well, I don't think id get near you regardless of which you decide to drive!
