MS is such a difficult disorder to classify and treat. I know one of the potential effects of it is nervousness and anxiety. I blame her doctor for not deciding she was unfit to drive in the first place.
Nice to know that democracy is alive and well, and that we got to defend ourselves. Not.

DVLA should have revoked her license as she was not fit to drive. It is a notifiable disease therefore some part of the process failed if her ability was directly affecting her driving. It might be nothing to do with confidence but for example ability to judge speed and distance that caused her to drive that slowly due to her state of condition

anxiety is about personal fears of the unknown and the future, it is not generally about dealing with driving for example, also when focusing on something anxiety usually abates.

She is lucky to be alive... ohmy.gif The closing speed from cars, lorries and coaches from behind on a motorway would be a serious hazard.

And someone forward www.7dayshop.com to her for ink cartridges!!
