GMAX, PSX, SPAX are all good.

Springs alone are a bodge - if you want better suspension, fit new struts aswell, or better still, coilovers

I highly recommend Eibach.
Ford did offer them as an option when Puma's were available brand new.
I have them on mine and the ride is even better
