all welded up
after a tickle with the grinder
covered in chemical rust killer.
both now finished, starting on the new build it strut brace.
sorting out the curve to go around the brake servo.
removed for ease of welding
back on for welding.
with a coat of rust killer
thats pritty much all the welding finished at the front end now (minus the rad alterations)

i marked the shaft to make measurement from.
after
the sleeve to make it stronger
after welding and dressing
compared to the new one
more to come over the next week of so

i didn't get any pics though but i did get some pics of the inter cooler i managed to get for 99p on ebay. was only a couple of miles down the road which was a bonus

You welded the drive shafts, ground 'em down and sleeved them? I'm sure that'll be fine!
