Cole Degges is a 32-year-old songwriter from Texas.

He said: "John McCain just has a thicker resume than Obama. He fought for our country, and I want to hunt and use guns, and he's the right choice."

Quote, "She said: "I hate Obama. He's a big fat liar. Look at him, he doesn't know what he's talking about. He's not answering any of the questions."

How very enlightened of her. Is it me or do I get the feeling these inbred southern rednecks would love nothing more than to see Obama swinging from a tree?

It'll be interesting to see whether Obama is allowed to take his rightful place, I suspect he won't. Having said that we in the UK can't really talk. I don't remember GB ("the end of boom & bust") being elected to his position as Premier either.

No he didn't, but neither he nor we have a right to expect him to.

We all knew before the last election that Princess Tony was going to be standing down mid-term, and that, in all probability, Brown would be replacing him.

It's no different to the VP automatically taking over if the US President dies.

We all knew in advance it was going to happen in exactly the way it did.

No mate, that's very true. It's a weird system we have. Still, I'm not complaining, this system looks as though it's working in my favour for once. Come on Cameron!

Because Warren, McCain is close to pushing up the daisies.

If he pegs it 2 days after taking office, the country will be run by a red neck woman, (who tries to get her ex bro in law sacked, and then sacks the man who refuses to sack him) getting close to the menopause - and look what happened last time that was the case....

Long Live Maggie!!!

nothing wrong with maggie!!!! 7.gif yeah the poll tax was a minor hiccup laugh.gif but in retrospect much less of a screw up than the shambles the present lot get away with on a regular basis!!!

At least with maggie she can beat rival leaders into submission with her handbag!!!! laugh.gif
