Hiya After wanting one for ages, I finally have my Puma!! 1998 1.7 with 88K, lovely in every way but 1 thing spoiling my enjoyment of driving it!....I have a strong smell of petrol whilst the car is moving and the windows are down. Didn't seem to enter the cabin when the windows closed, but today the smell is stronger than ever, even with the windows closed. A friend has looked the car over and cannot find a leak, he has checked the engine bay and underneath the car. Any ideas???

come up and see me...make me smile

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand - strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO -What a Ride!:D

Your fuel filler overflow pipe might be blocked and Id also check the seal on your petrol cap
