Hey i hope it will be a sleeper! Its a CVH head on a Zetec block. Very common in the world of fiesta and escort RS Turbos.. I love escort rs turbo's but love the modern style and handling of the puma so it turned to a project
Hey James, i know its took some time now! 2 years since i said i was doing it, not doing too badly now tho considering its only taken a week so far!
Thanks everyone i just hope i get time to run it in for Santa Pod! Gonna be cutting it fine as the body shop want it for a couple of weeks on monday! leaving a couple weeks to complete and run in.. eek! Fingers crossed!!

The Bubble arched MK1 Escort looks fantastic on your Sig strip
Was it a XL, E or GT as they were the only ones with square head lights I think.
What engine is that running?
My all time favourite car was my MK1.
Your into drag racing then?
Santa Pod
Here me in my MK1 just leaving the totem pole on the drag strip.
Mk3 XR3i
R Reg 1.7 Puma
T Reg 1.7 Lux Puma
Now its Racing Puma 072

Dogsbody - thanks it was a 1100L its now got a 1600 x flow with twin 40 delortos. Its going to be changed soon for a zetec, maybe, on carbs of course. Id love a V8 but my boyfriend refuses to do it lol Ideally a cossie lump would be my 1st choice but ill need to do some saving up for that! I also want to group 4 spec it to up its value. Yeah into drag racing, i love santa pod. Id like to do some track days too when i get a bit more confidence in the car. maybe at Trax... Do you stil have your mk1?
Vickydink - a lot of working hard and saving up... oh and a mechanic bf lol.. thanks
R5CPD - thanks it should look good when its finished be good to see you all again!
