NOTE if your traveling from the North, coming from the M6 J21 or M60 J11
down the A57. There is a Toll bridge on the B5159 Warburton Bridge Road of a massive 12p each way

It's not actually IN Lymm... it's on Rushgreen Road.

If you come over the 12p bridge, turn right at the end of the road, and then just follow that road along! Go past the bike shop (on the right), over a mini-roundabout thingy by some newish town-houses and the pub is on the left...
