With all my techinal know how.....the best I can do is under the bonnet  I'd have looked at my TIS CD but haven't got it with me at the moment.

If no-ones come up trumps till friday, i'll get it from home and look it up. My guess is Matt or Toby will give you the best answer (slightly more detailed then mine)

What does this gizmo do :?:

As far as I know it is supposed to
reduce fuel consumption, small
increase in power and acceleration, reduce
engine emmisions and to clear previoused
formed combustion particles.

It sounds to good to be true, so I
am currently trying it out free for 30
days (the I have to pay £19).

All I need to do now is locate the
fuel pipe in between the injection system?

SENT IT BACK NOW!!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Lots of these dodgy tuning things coming up just lately.......

Info re a post on another one of these spurious items below

This was on ebay for £15 .......for a resistor to put in your ecu

copy
This has come up in another thread as well-----

Similar thing came up re reno clio 172

Apparently the resistor changes the info re cold air/advances the timing
So it will pink - hence why they say use premium petrol

Forget it

Just use optimax instead - this is probably the only increase it gives anyway!!

................
What you really NEED is the 'ionic mass powergain converter' safe for all car including formula 1 - developed by einstein on the moon and only available here
Forget those millions of pounds of development and invest just £10 plus postage and packaging (£48.99) Order now 15 minute money back guarantee from time of postal despatch

Send me your money - and I'll go and get a stone out of me garden - paint it silver and post it to you - then you can drop it in your fuel tank and be amazed at the full 750bhp power increase blah blah blah!!

............................

Surely all manufacturers would fit these as stardard if they did ANYTHING to improve the car

Send it back - don't be ripped off

Are ANY of these things not just utter rubbish!

Somebaody had to. Other modding devices include that Eco-tec filter. If it seems too good to be true it is. Look for "proof" that doesn't include strictly like for like testing. Not just before and after.

"ionic mass powergain converter"where can i get one of these
I don't believe it's a stone painted silver,i think it's a lump of aluminium with a hole an the middle and a pair of jubilee clips to attach it together.
On a more serious note, don't bother with it,send it back it won't work.
Rodney..."Why do they call him trigger,is it cos he carrys a gun?"

Thanks for all the advice given, but I
still have to test this product out
and give an opinion to a unamed source.

Please can someone answer the original question
which was "Which is the fuel pipe in
the engine bay?"

Which one are you after? supply or return ? 8)

Can't you just chuck it into the fuel filler when you next fill up ? or if you prefer just hold it in the same hand as the petrol pump nozzle when you next fill up - shouldn't make much of a difference
