Hi Mate
You'll be very lucky if you can get them out without damaging them.
I think a few people have been successful by removing the brake drum and tapping them out from that side, but it will depend on how long they have been in there. If they are originals then I would say no chance.
You really should budget for a new rear ABS loom with the work you're planning.

There's no reason not to use aftermarket ones. They do the job fine.
I have used some on the FRP which I got from a local motor factors (Sutton Autofactors)
They are Beckermann branded ones, they're decent quality and are doing what they're supposed to do.
Top end of the range is ATE, which Ford will also supply in their packaging and charge a lot more.

Actually, you can push them out. I did it few times and all are still working. Made a tool for pressing them out and use a socket #10 which is almost 15 mm OD, just about perfect for the job. If you have 2 leg puller, grab the stub axle, point the center shaft to the socket #10 and start winding it up. When you put some tension on it, wait a second or so. You will hear sqeeeeeek! as it goes out. The point is not to hit it with a hammer, but push it out slowly and it will be fine.
After that clean the hole a bit, use some sand paper or grind stone on dremel and you wont have that problem ever again...
