Perhaps I should leave the FRP at home and bring a Transit Jumbo instead. Should have plently of room for spares + a mobile workshop!
Seriously, I'm now over a month into FRP ownership and I've only encountered a few trim problems, otherwise it's been great!

However, I'm going to be responsible for a big chunk of our display at the motorshow. I'm trying to come up with something to do with the Centennial of FMC. Should be good.
During the Team Leaders meeting today, I kept looking at the date up on the board and thinking 'Mmmm, I'm doing something then'. Checked it out and of course it's the same as CC. Ho-hum
At least I'll only have to wait a couple of weeks further, until I get the chance to whizz around Silverstone at Ford Fair.

but there will not be 50 FRP's at Silverstone .... here's to there also being a CC next year
just watch them sticky kids and icecream cause Brighton motorshow is a family day out. I would make sure that #080 is not reachable and u have a good sturdy rope baracade up. or at least get a very good free valet from work out of it.

Just so long as you don't need any other FRP's..as they might be in short supply that day

No, it's definitly a tailgate up + lock up job. Otherwise it's bye-bye gear knob
Seriously, I've been envolved with most of the local motorshows over last few years and I'm fully aware of the various 'problems'. Next time you see me, ask me about the Ford Heritage Collection's Escort RS Cosworth.
