Mee-ow!! tongue.gif

Perhaps I should leave the FRP at home and bring a Transit Jumbo instead. Should have plently of room for spares + a mobile workshop! laugh.gif

Seriously, I'm now over a month into FRP ownership and I've only encountered a few trim problems, otherwise it's been great! biggrin.gif

Sorry Ed, but I'm going to have to give CC a miss. sad.gif The Brighton Motorshow is taking place on the same weekend. I've been asked to show my FRP as part of the dealership's display. smile.gif

Ho-hum, just have to wait until 2004

Oh well Chris. Respect to you for your loyalty to your dealer.

50+ FRP's on track..don't think I could miss that 8)

No, I'm really gutted that I'm going to miss it

However, I'm going to be responsible for a big chunk of our display at the motorshow. I'm trying to come up with something to do with the Centennial of FMC. biggrin.gif Should be good. tongue.gif

During the Team Leaders meeting today, I kept looking at the date up on the board and thinking 'Mmmm, I'm doing something then'. Checked it out and of course it's the same as CC. Ho-hum sad.gif

At least I'll only have to wait a couple of weeks further, until I get the chance to whizz around Silverstone at Ford Fair. tongue.gif

but there will not be 50 FRP's at Silverstone .... here's to there also being a CC next year smile.gif
just watch them sticky kids and icecream cause Brighton motorshow is a family day out. I would make sure that #080 is not reachable and u have a good sturdy rope baracade up. or at least get a very good free valet from work out of it.

This must be some huge motoring event then?

Just so long as you don't need any other FRP's..as they might be in short supply that day wink.gif

Yep, FRP#59 needed a new steering wheel after it's time at the Eastbourne Motorshow back in 2000. About a 1001 people got in and out of it during the show. sad.gif

No, it's definitly a tailgate up + lock up job. Otherwise it's bye-bye gear knob laugh.gif

Seriously, I've been envolved with most of the local motorshows over last few years and I'm fully aware of the various 'problems'. Next time you see me, ask me about the Ford Heritage Collection's Escort RS Cosworth.
