PP is too quiet. Chris had the wonderful idea of starting a cheese thread. I am sure that this most important and yummy of foods will stimulate many witty and daring comments, and hopefully some heated debate!

So, what is your favourite cheese, and what is your most contraversial cheesy opinion?

My favourite cheese is Extra Mature Cheddar, and I think that Cheddar is only Chaddar if it comes from the West Country!

Have you made a melted cheese cocktail before? You have melt different cheeses inside you toasty and you get different flavours as you bite through it. biggrin.gif
