I would not risk using it, you could end up losing your lic, within a day the amount of speed traps around these days ......

Just take a look at the 'evidence' pictures. Look at the colour of the boot lid and notice how it varies.
They aren't two equal pictures of a before and after using the same flash illumunation, they are two completely different exposures. Either the amount of light blasted at the car was cranked up, or it's been adjusted in Photoshop. If they worked, why would they need to do that?
If it sounds too good to be true, it almost certainly is. MJH's point is valid, would you chance your licence on it possibly working? Plus the newer cameras, the Truvelo system, the Specs system - none of these use a conventional flash anyway
