il agree there, why race something you know could quite easily floor it and embaress you. common suspects, old novas, corsa bs and sometimes like you said the twinport or corsa comfort lol which boast about half the power of a kat happy.gif lexus lights are getting rrather boring now too and stickers that say turbo or gti on the rear window of bog standard cars.. at least have some class aye

and are bad boy bonnets more streamlined?

Many moons ago, I was being pushed around Merry hill by a bunch of baseball capped leather joy boys in a 1 litre chave wagon. Was determined not to drop to their level, so when they were as close as I dared let them get, stamped on the clutch, and a large flame came out the back of Tiggr.

There were times when her fueling problems were rather handy.

Guess they backed off as I dint see them again wink.gif

First time it happened i nearly wet myself. Not good at all.

Back of Tiggr has a permanent scorched area above the exhaust.

haha the good old 1pot chav wagons, basically its pile as many w***** as they can into the chaps car who has just passed his test and saved up for, for months and months and stick any stickers and lights they find onto the body of the car, then find an innocent driver who is clearly minding their own business and rev the engine to make the pea shooter exhaust buzz like a trapped bee inside a can... absolutely pathetic.

.... with regards to the earlier post, im not sure if the stickers do actually make them go faster, do you think we should tell them all?

I've got a Fiesta 1.1 Classic Ski, I'm sure it goes faster cos of the stripes on it.

Anyway, I don't race. My Puma is too precious to me to risk slamming it up, and the classic just hasn't got the legs for it.

And it's AGAINST THE LAW

The all time favourite has got to be the oversized shiny 'stainless effect' exhaust trim for probably about 20 quid (you know the ones where you can see the bolts coz the trim sticks out 4 inches from the rear of the bumper)

Why oh why would you do it, they don't even sound any different, surely this halfords / car discount store mod even beats the stick on bonnet vent?

Let's have a top 10 of don't do chav mods (not including the baseball caps from their mum's littlewoods catalogue)

those headlights on the Puma are standard, not mods.

Funnily enough I was thinking of old Sierras and mondeos when I included morettes in my list of bad mods
