just washed my kat after being away last week
now, I was in a holiday area, and it is peak season, so - a question:
when do you think the Suffolk council arranged to resurface their roads?
admittedly some teams were working through the night but there were so many sets of temporary traffic lights and roads covered with loose chippings
cleaning the car took twice as long as usual; I did not find any chips in the paintwork, but I had so many tar spots and streaks it was untrue

It's not just Suffolk that decides to do road works in the peak season.
One of the biggest snarl ups near me is the Gallows Corner Flyover. It's the meeting of the A12 & A127, so it's a very busy commuter intersection. It was suppose to be finished in a month that was put back as they found a lot of rust & now the Flyover from Southend way to London is now open which has eases things a bit.

While down in Dorset in July, the only road into Studland was the same, loose chippings temp traffic lights and raised manhole covers. Why do they have to repair holiday routes in the summer?
New car, caviar, four star daydream, think I'll buy me a football team.
