Racing Puma Scuff Plates

Just wondering if anyone has the racing puma scuff plates that you can buy through RPOC. seen a quick pic and they look really good wink.gif

anyone got any pics of them, whats the quality like?

they are similar, but says racing puma on them and have your frp number on them.

thats probly why they are £67 rolleyes.gif

They are completely different to those - the Mirage ones are a folded edge profile with Ford Racing etched on them and are customised to each car with a manifold number. I'll have to root out a photo.

That picture was the first set that Mirage made. Subsequent sets used the correct font for the "Racing" text.

Ive got some ford racing ones on mine, they look good but are a little short in length.

I've got the ones ordered via RPOC....



Think they are really nice....excellent service and fitted really well. Think I used a stronger adhesive than the pads supplied though.

if you fit them using exterior velcro you can remove them to clean and check underneath, pads risk bending the plates plus you can't reuse them but have to clean them off

i flatted down the laquer and glued them on using epoxy resin....

it was the only way i could see them sitting proper flat.. laugh.gif
