Have noticed over the last few weeks a knock from the rear occasionally when going over speed bumps etc and also a bit of a rattle at times. Had a puncture recently in rear passenger side and when changing wheel I noticed I could lift the wheel slightly (when still attached!..) and would hear a knock as though the suspension was lifting then hitting something?
Should I be worried?..

Definitely sounds bad to me.
If you can produce a knock by lifting the wheel, I guess a knackered damper...?

I know I def need front bushes sorting, looks like my rear needs attention too - so to speak!!! It all comes at once!!! Recently spent nearly £800 getting clutch (uprated), brakes (uprated) and cam belt done as all needed doing at same time plus just had to replace an almost new tyre thanks to the puncture

I think the rear is only two bushes unless you want the anti-roll bar done too. So that should not cost too much.
