Just wondering, cos next month i am making the trip to my fathers place in France on my own - Its 350 miles of driving to get there!!

Its the yearly family get together in France and due to work commitments i cannot go with the crowd who have hired a minibus, so i am joining them a few days afterwards - The gf cannot make it because of work so i am making the trip on my own - not really looking forward to the long and lonely trip!...but i was just wondering.....

....has anyone ever been further on there own in a Puma?

About 10 miles is my record by myself! laugh.gif

430 miles from home to Aviemore; stopped twice on the journey for a pit stop and then a sandwich

stayed there a week (without driving at all - got driven everywhere smile.gif ) and then drove all the way back with one stop

I don't recommend it!

Nowhere that far away yet.

I'll be commuting from North Yorkshire to Oxford and back most weekends soon, a task I'm not relishing.

from Brugge to near Brighton in my brand new Puma biggrin.gif (I cacked it for sure going on the ferry) roughly 250 miles

oh no I know, longest trip was driving from near Brighton to the Ireland meet in 2000 and back, can't even remember but that was approx 600 miles there and back just to catch the ferry plus what we did over there biggrin.gif

come up and see me...make me smile

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand - strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO -What a Ride!:D
