What is the difference between a FRP inlet manifold gasket and a standard 1.7 inlet gasket? Would I be correct in assuming that the ports are bigger?

Cheers

Ally

As I recal they are the same, I belive the heads are the same, only the inlet itselfe is different whit it's bigger plenumchamber.... but I have never seen the gaskets compared, so I may be wrong :)

I know that the FRP had there specific own inlet gaskets or maybe they were modified 1700 ones....,,not sure

Hoping someone would know off the top of there head. I am going to get inlets ported and wanted matched to the biggest gaskets that were made availible

The ports & gasket are the same. I've got both in my garage sat next to each other.
