Frp Dreaded Brake Hum / Droning Issue

I think this might be what I have with 113 and not a wheel bearing as I previously thought. Came from nowhere and was quite hard to trace but now it positively howls. Nothing at low speed but as car speeds up it gets progressively louder and now virtually drowns out the engine. Could barely hear myself think this evening :angry:/>

Does that sound like the symptoms? If so I'll give the front brakes a look over and clean tomorrow afternoon and see if it makes any difference. At least then the problem will be diagnosed as right now the car is just horrid to drive.

could be... if the noise goes away when you press the brake pedal... you have the answer.. :good:
