medium steel blue smile.gif

There's a very similar colour that was available on early cars - it was called Cuirass. But as this one's a 51 plate, it must be Medium Steel Blue wink.gif

i THINK a standard puma is group 12, an FRP is 15 or 16 depending on the insurer...

engine-wise :

From the Pumabuild website...

"...the Racing Puma engine (155bhp) is the same basic unit as its smaller brother (standard 1.7 Puma 125bhp), the only changes To the engine are:-

Tuned Exhaust System
Special induction system
Cams / Cam Timing
Revised PCM Settings

These four modifications took the 1.7 engine from 125bhp to 155bhp a total of 30bhp which is a respectable figure for a 1.7 road engine."

I believe it also had upgraded brakes and suspension.

I would think you would be better off getting a 1.4 at 19 years old, even that is group 9 insurance. It's pretty nippy though and can surprise a few cars, I've got a 1.4 and it's not much slower than my mate's 1.8 Accord Sport. cool.gif

Go to Confused.Com and get yourself a quote on one...with 2 years ncb you should be only looking at around £1500 fully comp if youve never had an accident.

Have a look for a 1.7, I got mine when I was 19 and the insurance was pretty good. No accidents either or points (yet).
Currently touching a lot of wood!
If it was good for a male it should be good for a female, try www.moneysupermarket.com, good site and I managed to get a few pointers as to where to take my money.
