Another top tip is to eat the last bit of chreese instead of trying to grate it!

a mate of mine was chopping chillies one day and did not wash his hands BEFORE going to the loo; he blew any chance of passion with his wife that night!

I have also done this which is very very VERY silly.


NB any sportsmen out there. never touch your tackle after applying deep heat either
