After a grey van driver drove in to side of the car and the body shop replaced the rear quater panel, they have tried 5 times so far to fix the gutter back on correctly. Now they are now saying that there is a fault with the manufacture of the car. I was wondering is this a common problem or are the body shop as incompetent as I think they are.

What a bunch of Toxxers
..............so did you have the car delivered without a gutter..... it was never their before the fix???????????? Don't think so
They are incompetent - they have replaced a panel and obviously not put it on right so they cannot get the gutter to fit
Tell em to fix it properly - then the gutter will fit
If they say manufacturing fault say you look forward to them speaking to ford and resolving it - if they know how to use a phone
Of the (i think it was 40,000) pumas made i have never heard of anyone having gutter problems
Knuckle heads
Sos about rant its Friday!!!
