For sale here is my cherished registration plate P5 FRP. I am looking for £250 (buyer pays all transfer fees on top) by Paypal gift or bank transfer. Any of the elder members should be able to vouch for me as a genuine and honest seller. :P

Here's a pic of the plate with a slightly modified '5' to make it more like an 'S'.

If you're interested please drop me a PM, or reply in thread.

I will vouch that Lee has been a Pumapeople member for a very long time.

Thanks for the nod Pete. :)

Don't suppose any potential FaRPers with the initials PS spring to mind?

Hi Pete, that's great news... I am glad it's going to an frp owner. I am not entirely sure how it works myself, but have some docs upstairs. I am out tonite, but will take a look at the documents and drop you a private message probably thursday night if that's ok.

In the meantime, if you have any questions or thoughts my email is lee<dot>shephard<at>ntlworld<dot>com

Thanks Lee, I think I am going to have to search from my MOT cert as it seems they will need it (God knows why as their systems have it logged already). Hopefully that wont delay things for you. I am terrible at storing my paperwork. If I cant find it, I will have to get it done again (and hopefully the emissions wont be at 4.5% this year lol) anyway Thursday will be fine as will have to get stuff including money together..oh my email is scott1e (at) hotmail (dot) com

Pete

Hi Pete, just had a quick google before work and it seems all we have to do is complete a V317.

So, I think the way it would work is...

1. You pay me the £250 (hopefully my reputation will reassure you I won't rip you off)

2. I complete 1/2 the V317 and sign it.

3. I send the V317 to you to be signed (I suspect I will need to include my V5 too).

4. You send off the V317 and all accompanying docs together with cheque for £80

5. DVLA send us new V5 docs.

And that will be it, job done. As I say, I'll take a look in more detail in the next 24 hours and download the appropriate form, and then drop you a PM to confirm whether the above is correct.

That sounds quite straightforward Lee. Ok, I will sort the paypal once you confirm process and we will get it sorted...its nearly Betty's birthday and the plate is for her...my gf said that I would be pi55ed off if I didnt get this one and i have to think of image...Betty's not mine lol oh and by the way I am not concerned about your reputation, I have been here quite a long time now too and love what you did to your puma..I have the article here somewhere..

Hi Pete, sorry for the delayed reply. I'm going to have to withdraw the plate from sale as I've spoken to DVLA and can't sell unless I tax the car, which I can't really justify at the moment with kids. My apologies for wasting your time. This goddamn Puma of mine is still cursed!

Hiya Lee, no problem, I am happy to wait. Please let me have first option when you are ready to sell it as it will look great on Betty and was made for me!
