if not bang a torx bit in there and turn it out and replace... think it's a t27 that works well..

Ive come accross this a couple of times.
Thankfully Ford made the screws with a nice chunky head.
So they can be knocked loose using a small chisel or punch (on one side to un-do them)
dont wreck a torx bit if you dont have to..

I hadn't actually rounded them off so a T25 went in ok (without damaging it). They weren't siezed up, just tightened up by a gorilla I think

plus its often many years between removal, so they get baked in!

It was on the car when I bought it. Looks like quite a few years since it was done but whoever painted it made a good job of it..
It was a bit grubby so I took it off and spent a bit of time polishing it up.
