Hi to all,

Member of this forum for a while and always learning day by day from your knowledge. Thanks for that.
But it´s about time to show some pictures of my Puma, not a daily car, but mostly a weekend/holliday fun car
As mentioned in my presentation I´m from Azores - Portugal (friend of Xparty also member) and i own this modest 1.4cc 1999yr Puma for the past few years and it always gave fun when driving.

Afther a while I start the modifications, last picture is with some diferente wheels, nice look but incorrect ET

Changed 1.4 drum rear brakes for 1.6 drum rear brakes

Also instaled E-Tech AA bar, Iridium spark plug, MSD coil pack and Magnecor 8.0 cables

Also already instaled Samco coolant green hose kit and upgraded front brake system to 300mm disks from Focus ST170 and Mondeo MK3 calipers. Will post photos as soon as I upload it.

Next modifications:
Rear discs brake system to Focus MK1 - already at home waiting to be install
Original FRP Carbon front splitter - already at home waiting to be install
4-2-1 Manifold & Decat - already at home waiting to find a decent back box and then install
Braided brake lines - in process
Coilovers - still looking for ones in eye mount in good price, then lower him.
12mm rear spacer - to be install when upgrade rear brakes
HID front lights - in process, original lights are crap :angry:/>/>
Short gear lingage- already at home waiting to be install
Complete 1.7 inlet manifold and throttle body - already at home to be install but dont know if it will fit :unsure:/>/>
Lower strut brace - dont find one yet in decent price
FRP steering wheel - dont find any in good condition blue alcantara

Any sugestion/opinion is welcome.

Thanks for showing your photos. You obviously enjoy your Puma.
2001 Ford Puma 1.7 in Medium Steel Blue, 1971 Triumph GT6 Mk3 in Wedgewood Blue, 2016 VW Polo GTI 1.8 TSI in Flash Red.

searching is fruitful | I'm a sponge not a mechanic | please do try that if stuck with a Puma problem whilst waiting for a reply | For the Puma fan this read 'The Inside Story Book' is very nice to own sometimes still seen for sale
