Somebody posted a link to this PDF many months ago now, and i saved it as i thought it interesting :unsure:

Wonder how many people out there are running the correct cam tension??..read this.. it does make you wonder..

I know for a fact when mine was last done the pin was just pulled straight out like a standard pin loaded tensioner... :blink:

Anyway...posted this as i'm having it corrected tomorrow along with new water pump... :) :)

v.interesting. But i would think it is obvious that the tension needs to be reset after the pins out. It seems obvious to me, but i've always done mine out the car so it's easy to see, but in the car you can't see what's going on.
