Looks good - and it's way cleaner than the previous owner would have ever allowed!

Ditch the ugly rear mud flaps though.

quite appealing biggrin.gif
I had thought back in 2002 happy.gif to do the swish and eve had the number for the right cuy for the work but didn't.
why FordRallye Sport and not Ford Racing?
searching is fruitful | I'm a sponge not a mechanic | please do try that if stuck with a Puma problem whilst waiting for a reply | For the Puma fan this read 'The Inside Story Book' is very nice to own sometimes still seen for sale

personally not my cuppa tea... The wheels aren't too bad, compliment the rallying roots of the car in a way. As for the graphics, well i just dont like them. Nice idea with the FordRallyeSport Logos and all, but the FRP is a ford racing product, not a Ford RS.... the rear quarter ones spoil the lines and the overall flow of the car, break it up and *in my opinion* ruin the bulge over the rear arches. The bonnet isn't all that bad tbh, but those Sparco ones wreck the little bulges at the front two corners.

I'm not having a dig at you personally or owt, its just my opinions on it. I'm not totally adverse to people modifying their FRP's, just I prefer subtle mods that add to the look of the car overall, rather than dominating the shapes and lines totally.

But at the end of the day, if you like em then thats all that matters, its your car and do what you will with it! ja_cool.gif

Opinion requested. Opinion given superb.

I really do like the additions and they are tasteful in my opinion and draw the eye even more to a car that draws the eye anyway. Something a little subtle could maybe added to the rear end to juat have an all round concept but I have to say it makes me think that maybe FRUP could do with a few exterior additions.

I do agree with people on the ford rallye sport bit, to be honest i found a image of a rally puma on ford desktops website and liked it and copyed it tongue.gif , also im not too sure on the sparco ones either might have to take them off, seemed a good idea at the time laugh.gif

Im a bit shocked about the rear flaps comments tho, seens as there standard and imo look good, so i will be leaving them there biggrin.gif

Opinions on the front flaps ??

No mudflaps are standard on an FRP!!

I like the graphics, looks good, apart from the sparco ones, they looks a bit out of place smile.gif

You might be confused that those rear flaps are standard as they came on the car when you bought it. They are designed for the narrower Puma bumper and neither fit well or look good. The FRP has it's own specially moulded splash shields that are very subtle looking.

i cant stand 'ford rs' cos of the chav appeal but 'ford rallyesport' is somehow even less chavvy than 'ford racing'. (im gonna get stoned by all ford fans now! but think about who puts what kind of badges on their car..... very few chavs do the rallyesport bit....) & in my opinion the car has rally style so it fits....

the rear flaps arent rally style tho... the fronts are gorgeous..... ALL cars should have rear flaps for safety tbh.....

the sparco ones are too much....unless you start doing the whole car in loads of sponsors.....

love the white wheels but still surprised more frp owners dont change them (big breath...!)..... the frp wheels are FAR TOO SMALL & WEEDY!!!!

now 18inch compomotive MOs....there rally wheels!!!!!!

overall......i like!

Sorry to say i disagree.

The Frp wheels are perfectly fit for purpose and kept nicely in proportion with the car in general.

I'm definately not one for moaning about changing from the standard wheels (i have the 18" Focus RS wheels), but in my opinion the compo MO's would look better at home on a cavalier or Saxo, not a well refined Frp.

Love the white wheels....the spare I have I refurbished white, and would love to have a complete second set in white to swap over every now and again.

Front flaps look good...and are practicle...not so keen on the rears.

As for the graphics....guess they go well with the white wheels and look ok (minus the Sparco ones), but my personal preference is without.
