Slight change of plan... we'll not be starting from Warrington or Lymm, but from nearer Sale! I have a link to the starting location on my pc at home so I'll post that up here later on.... Going to test out a route this weekend smile.gif laugh.gif if it looks workable I'll post details of THAT next week too....

Oh dear, I'll have to go driving round some 'interesting roads' this weekend, what a shame....

Hope the weekend 'reccy' proved fruitful smile.gif I trust the number of very poor acrylic jumpers worn 'under' mullets have dissipated some since I last ventured that way....like stepping into a bad eighties rock video!! I MAY be bringing along a new addition to the household (who won't need food, at all - way past eating these days!!!).........

Is the Mascrat Manor pub on the main road (A57?) heading towards Manchester from J21?

the Mascrat Manor is ON the roundabout where you come off the M6 - there's actually a double roundabout there, either side of a bridge... MM is on the side heading AWAY from Warrington and TOWARDS Irlam and Eccles, but ON the roundabout!

Hmm it's hard to explain lol... if you can't see Mascrat Manor off the roundabout you find when exiting the M6, head right, over the bridge, and it will be on your left... either way you need to come up to the roundabout off the M6 in the right hand lane so that's a good starting point wink.gif

The roundabout with the PremierLodge and the Holiday Inn on it is the WRONG roundabout lol

Clear as mud now I hope lol

Just wanted to say - thanks to those of you who came to the meet -
Sue, Pete, Noj, Ben, Ian, Roger and Matt - Hope you enjoyed it... We couldn't have asked for better weather really could we? And of course the food and chat wasn't bad either lol....

I have a few pix to upload once I've sized em down.... but Noj has already been added to the PumaPEOPLE album as requested wink.gif

Take care all, and happy driving (with or without Traction Control laugh.gif )
