Yes, special thanks to Phil, the only person to ever be caught speeding in a motorway services, for a great day, see that's the thanks you get for being on time!!

Great drive there, although not nice to see the (non)friendly banter other road users have with a convoy of Puma's ja_stupid.gif Also special thanks goes out to the couple and baby who became honary memebers of the meet to help us qualify for the group discount

After the puma monkeys had their lunch (lovely lunchbox Phil  ), mostly provided by the group's mum, Jackie, they wandered round the park and spent their pocket money in the shop, before spending about an hour arranging their cars in the most peculiar of ways, not facing the sun and away from the gravel, before a leisurely drive through scenic Dorset and a nice drink in a local hostlery 10.gif

Then they all set off home, counting away the days until the A272 meet (where a certain Mr Pedro will be shiny and clean, honest guv  )

Great to see you all, great idea for a meet, who's orgainsing Thorpe Park/Chessington then?

I wouldn't have said I was speeding.......

Was driving below the legal speed limit of an un-marked road with lamp posts equal distance apart..makes it a 30 doesn't it?

Apparenly, I was showing off....maybe by the fact I was on timeish...who knows. Thats what happens when you give someone a clipboard...power goes to their head. Now, where did I put mine?

A huge thanks goes out to ALL who came, new and old members. Was great to see you all. A great turn out for the monkeys to see and enabled us to have some fun with the cars.

Would also like to thank everyone for driving safely, especially through the accident on the A31. You see.....puma people can do it in convoy! smile.gif

Special mention to Tim and Jackie. I couldn't have done it without you. Taking a rekky to the place whilst I was stuck in London. Great replacement plan from the BBQ too. Meant I could show off my 'Lunch Box' Glad you like it Carrie laugh.gif

As for the theme park meet...plans are already underway for the biggest meet yet. Am trying to grab everyone in the Sussex, Essex, Dorset, Hampshire and any other area to all come along to one huge FUN day out. Stay tuned.

Oh, and meet pics are uploaded now....just a few

Thanks again

em.. a few to many that r not exactly Puma/Peeps related... .. less often means more Phil wink.gif
searching is fruitful | I'm a sponge not a mechanic | please do try that if stuck with a Puma problem whilst waiting for a reply | For the Puma fan this read 'The Inside Story Book' is very nice to own sometimes still seen for sale

Ho Humm, I knew I was doing something the wrong way .dnuor

What can I say....it showed the sites, the experience and the day out. Was more of an attraction for us then for the cars, hence the pics. Believe me, I had to cut the pics down!!!! laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif Besides, if it happenes again, people can see the sites we saw and might be tempted to come along. Who knows?
