A colleague at work has a puma that has just failed its MOT

They are not willing to spend any money getting it repaired, so i thought i would put it on here for you all!
Its a 1998 1.7 in blue with 115k on the clock. Might be worth it just for the parts!! Its got no Tax or MOT and is based in the Weston-Super-mare area. This is the fail sheet....

001 Nearside front road wheel bead rim badly distorted (4.2.1a)
002 Offside front road wheel bead rim badly distorted (4.2.1a)
003 Nearside front macpherson strut has excessive movement at the upper attachment (2.5.A.1c)
004 Offside rear brake hose twisted (3.6.B.4c)
005 Offside floorpan seat belt anchorage prescribed area is excessively corroded (5.1.B.6)
006 Nearside outer sill seat belt anchorage prescribed area is excessively corroded (5.1.B.6)
007 Nearside rear sub-frame rubber bush bonding deteriorated resulting in excessive movement (2.4.G.3)
008 Offside rear sub-frame rubber bush bonding deteriorated resulting in excessive movement (2.4.G.3)
009 Nearside rear body has a sharp edge caused by corrosion (6.1.4)
010 Offside front macpherson strut has excessive movement at the upper attachment (2.5.A.1c)

As you can see, there is a bit of work to be done to get it roadworthy.... but they are only looking for around the £500 mark! Im sorry i cant be more specific, but if you are interested or have any questions, i can PM you the owners details. Owner states that the engine runs well and passed the emissions part of the MOT with flying colours! I dont know if the cambelt has been changed or not, but if you are interested, you can contact the owner and find out!
