Hi Guys..

Well here i am and here is my 1.7 puma..

I found this car round the corner from my uncles house, it had been sat there for about a year, so i just had to knock the door and ask what they were doing with it.

After a cup of coffee and a few custard creams, the bloke said if i can get shot of it before the wife comes home, its mine...

So what do you think i did lol. We got the keys and pushed it round my uncles within seconds lol... HAPPY DAYS..

We spent the next couple of hours trying to get it started, not easy as it had been sat there for a year.. but after a new battery, some fuel, and a few cuts, we get it started..

OMGPosted Image did it sound good after the blow out....

We have cleaned it up a bit and she looks good.. We even put some go faster stripes on it just for a bit of fun until i know what to do what it..
I will post some pics in a bit when ive worked out how to lol..

The pictures have to be on the internet somewhere first, how about one of the puma galleries on here. Once in the gallery we can help you put them on a post.

Just had a quick look over the car, and it looks like there will be a shopping list of things to do which means ROAD TRIP to the scrap yard the weekend..

Hoping the weather is ok tomorrow I'm going to see about changing the rear shock that is dead.... I know it's cheaper to get one from the scrap yard but do you think it would be better to change both?

Managed to do a little to the car the other day..Changed the aux belt, sorted the heater control out (forgot to take picture), and looked at the shock, which my mate got the wrong one and pissed him right off lol.

New Belt..

Can you pick my lottery numbers ;-)
Apparently they went on the Capri 2.80i
They are really sorted wheels very lucky.

Mine are et35... what size tyre will be best to put on the wheels, and will they go straight on with no messing about or will I need axle spacers?
