Well title says it all for the moment. I'm planning on a 2 hour skiing session at the Milton Keynes Xscape for the end of January when everyone's been paid (I've already been paid well before Christmas and it's six weeks away for my next pay blink.gif )

Prices are £21 for one hour or £31 for two hours...

More details can be found here:

http://www.xscape.co.uk/miltonkeynes/snow/info/default.asp

Also, in the area there is a 1.2KM outdoor karting venue:

http://www.daytona.co.uk/intro.php?venue=milton%20keynes

Principally the idea is just to go skiing SATURDAY 28TH JANUARY sometime mid to late afterrnoon, but, if interest dictates, we indeed might end up karting beforehand smile.gif

If you are interested, pop a reply below...

Names interested to date:

Jason (sky)
Ben Addison (FRP1)
Danellis

We went to Lapland this year but not going away for the next few years until our son is old enough to go into ski school. Only been to the Tamworth Snowdome before so looking forward to seeing what MK is like.

Sooo gutted I can't go to this and likely I can't swap it as we're short staffed on that day already. Maybe abit closer to the time I'll be able to find a way out of it smile.gif

Cool :-) I've not been skiing for 6-7 years, so I'm sure I'll provide plenty of embarrassing photo-ops if anyone wants to bring a camera!!

Skiing would be good, boarding even better, but given i'm still having pooe from my leg its not going to happen.

Practicing my drifting in a go kart would be good though wink.gif

I bet it was. Nearest I came was when I went with the school in the upper VIth. A year 11 in front of me fell of half way up the drag lift. About 4 of us decided we'd best be responsible sixth formers as and get off to help them get down (I think we were helping them out anyway but can't remember). Anyway, prolly about 50-100yds through the trees back to the piste

What time we meeting BTW?
