you can't even open the puma windows an inch when it's raining, it's a real pain....
in my fiesta, the window design is a little straighter and there's no problem with opening the window a little even when it's raining....
the puma is the worst car iv'e ever known for steeming up or letting water in... you have to be sealed in all the time practically..
i think this would be a real pain to be honest...

I think the controls for one touch windows come from a Mondeo... I have one touch on my mark 1 Mondy..great for toll booths and stuff like that! .....pity the puma didnt have it as standard...

I will turn this into a Wiki when I get a suitable section to put it in.
You will need:
DEI 530T module
In-line 'blade' fuse holder with 20A fuse
Tools to remove battery terminal and door card
Some spare door card clips for the ones that break
Soldering iron/solder/heat shrink/wire strippers
Common sense (not optional)
1. First you need a DEI (Directed Electronics Inc.) 530T 'Power Window Automation System' module. These can be bought for approx £60 in the UK or off ebay for around $60 including shipping to the UK (At time of writing the exchange rate is 2:1 so works out much cheaper.)
DEI 530T - eBay Search
2. Disconnect the battery negative terminal
3. Remove door cards and trim to access wires in drivers footwell
4. Follow THIS wiring diagram and connect the wires. (Note: Some wires will have to be cut and each end joined to different wires) Use solder and heat shrink for all connections - The module does have other functions but I will only go into the one-touch function in this instance. Some wires will need running from the car into the doors (passenger ones may need extending).
5. You're done, enjoy one-touch windows!
It's not the easiest thing to do. You could always get somebody to do it for you.
NOTE: I haven't actually fitted this myself so I'm sorry if I got any of the wire colours wrong!
I hope you can make use of this but don't blame me if you mess up your car

The mondeo mod wasnt that difficult, just measure the lengths of wire you need against the door and where you want to mount the relays and route the loom as i did the loom too long just in case but then had problems hiding the extra wiring!!
Works fine in a puma.
Dan says you cant stop the window, you can!! click button once to start auto-wind. click SAME direction button again to stop it. Instinct says to click the opposite button but click the same button the direction window is moving and it will work fine.
Finding the relays is easy as tons of Mk1 mondeos in the scrappy these days. the Mk2 relays also work but you need to modify the wiring as they have an addtional wire.
